Mickey Maher

Meet Mickey Maher, the co-founder and Strategic Director of Thinking Cap Solutions, boasting over three decades of executive leadership experience in the dynamic media industry. With a proven track record of managing diverse teams across the country, media award winner Mickey has spearheaded strategic initiatives and creative content ideas for some of the biggest brands both domestically and globally that reached millions of Australians. His roles as Head of Content for over 68 radio brands and Head of Music for over 100 brands at Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) exemplifies his prowess in driving operational excellence and fostering innovation. Throughout his career, Mickey has been instrumental in conceptualizing and delivering impactful solutions that engage audiences and amplify brands, positioning Thinking Cap Solutions as the go-to consultancy partner for unlocking brand potential and achieving success in today's competitive landscape.

Corey Kay

Corey Kay, co-founder and Creative Director of Thinking Cap Solutions is a second-generation media professional with a career spanning across Australia and New Zealand. He’s enjoyed coaching, learning and working with top-tier on air sporting and media talent across markets including Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Gold Coast & Newcastle. He’s had various roles including on air hosting to show producing and most recently over a decade in the leadership role of Content Director. His passion for connecting with audiences and making social impact have led to industry acknowledged awards with campaigns tackling mental health, domestic violence, and raising money for charity. Strategic thinking, with a flair for ideas and events designed to get noticed, Corey is an asset to work on projects with creativity, connection and authenticity.
